Question:

Will these work on a ceramic AND glass heat stove?

Answer:

Yes they work wonderfully on these type of stoves. I wouldn't recommend electric stoves, they do not hold up well. I am about to contact them because my small fry pan and medium sauce pans have rings on them and are already getting chipped. I do not use anything but plastic or rubber in them.

Question:

Is the bottom of the cookware smooth and won't scratch the glass top stove?

Answer:

To me it looks like the outer surfaces of all the pans are powder-coated but they are all very smooth and do not scratch or mark up our ceramic-glass cook top. I spoke to my wife and she thinks the only kind of cookware that would really damage the cook top is cast iron because of the rough under-surface.

It took me a VERY long time figuring out if I wanted to purchase this item or not. There were sooooooo many negative reviews and I just did not want to waste my money. After this choice being in my bottom 2, I decided to just say “what the heck” and bought this one. I must say, I am SOOO happy with my choice!!!! I love love love these pans. I read some reviews from users stating they broke easily or the handle is catching on fire or the utensils are melting while chooking... none of that has happened to me and I cook using these pots almost every day. Any time I have company they always compliment the turquoise color. For washing, I do not use the dishwasher. I follow the rules exactly as they say and hand washing is best for a longer life!!!! I use sometimes only my hands and light soap or will use a wash cloth with light soap. I follow the rule of low to medium cooking temps and my pans have stayed in great shape. I am very gentle with them. If you want stuff to last, take care of it!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 If you can’t decide to purchase this right now, please consider this comment to make your decision!! You won’t regret it 😊 to know they are healthy for your family to! Also I always got nervous if the positive commenter is paid for or if negative comments are from a rival company... can I just say, I am a real person lol I verify I am a normal person who purchased this!! 😅

In the first couple of days these pans were perfect. I made sure to hand wash only. They started to chip.... Which meant that chip was consumed by someone in my family. Ill save the world another photo but the same brown burnt pan you see is exactly what happened to mine as well. I am a low heat cooker, when I saw the other reviews I thought maybe those people cook on extreme heats. Nope! I was wrong. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I did a lot of research when I wanted new pots and pans and when I decided on ceramic I read up a lot on how to take care of them. I bought this set in August 2019 and this is what happens to them now (January 2020). This has been going on now for several months. I contacted the company a couple months after purchasing to see what I could do or maybe I got a bad batch and they told me I was cooking at too high of a heat. I make sure every time I use them I cook on low-low med heat, I did my research and I wanted these to last! I also have some ceramic chipping off on the pots. I bought silicon utensils to use on them since the ones that came with them were melting onto the pots and pans. This is very frustrating, and a waste of my money, take my advice and don't waste yours.

Okay, what did I like about the product? The offered price, the size of the set of cookware, the color, the ceramic coating. What did I not like about the product? The set was mis-matched (two different brands of cookware tossed together), it was dirty, the ceramic of several of the pieces was horribly damaged, it was missing at least two pieces supposedly included in the set, but someone had very kindly included a gold-tone pot in the burgundy set. (Was this a consolation prize for the messed up pans that were sold?? Though I must report that as abused as this cookware was - the handles were not burned!! So thank you Amazon for protecting your customers.😇

If I could give zero stars I would!!! This is my first review on Amazon, true talk. This is horrible!! The pots, fine. But the pans, DO NOT BUY!!! The Pans stick, do not Clea well, burn on the bottom and the handles (regardless of the heat setting) and are overall CHEAP!!!!!! I have never, in my life, bought a cheaper set of pots and pans EVER!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! (I could go on and on but my husband thinks this is sufficient and I should give at least 2 stars..because the pans were ok for a few weeks...men!)

Poor design. The handle keeps burning regardless of how far it is placed away from the flame and how low the heat is on the burner. We purchased these after all of my cookware was destroyed in Harvey and they aren’t worth the money. One of my kids used a metal spatula one time and it completely nicked the ceramic coating everwhere. You definitely can’t make mistakes if you’re going to own these.

Compré este set de sartenes por el material de cerámica antiadherente. Seguí las instrucciones de no usar el fuego tan alto y el método de lavado adecuado, y aun así a la semana en uno de los sartenes ya se pegaba la comida. Con poco uso varios de los sartenes ya se habían manchado, la cerámica blanca que los cubría se empieza a manchar de negro y deja de funcionar el antiadherente. No recomiendo comprar esta marca de sartenes de cerámica.

Compramos estos sartenes con la idea de evitar manchas y que la comida se quedara pegada pero después de solo dos meses de uso empezaron a mostrar problemas al momento de cocinar. Hay manchas que ya no se quitan aunque en su garantía dicen que este no es el caso y la comida se pega ya mucho.
Para nada sentimos que haya sido una buena inversión.

Relación calidad-precio es la mejor opción. Utilizar de acuerdo con las especificaciones y dura. No es tan grueso como los de la competencia pero por el precio de este paquete a penas alcanzaría para 1 solo y chico o ni eso así que si no piensas invertir demasiado y quieres dejar de usar teflones la mejor opción y lucen muy bonitos. El poder antiadherente se observa especialmente cuando queda totalmente frío. Usar con un poco de aceite pero mínimo solo para prolongar la vida.

I bought this set a little while ago and put it away in storage(brand new in box) when I moved back home because of family. It was a bit of a splurge, loved the color and the reviews seemed promising. I cook often as most do but it seems like these need to baby A LOT. I don't cook on a high heat when it comes to none stick, I keep things low and my stove is always clean but this was after the first use of the pan. You seem to not be able to use heat setting higher than a two because the bottom of the pan is completely ruined now (I've spent an hour scrubbing) and it's a shame considering I've just opened it and it's the first use. here's to hoping the rest are ok.
